A professional laboratory designed according to the highest quality standards, created to ensure efficiency, safety and operational comfort.
Located inside the production facility in Isola Vicentina, the Group’s headquarters, Waico Lab is a working space where bakers, pastry chefs and pizza makers can test the various machines and ovens from Waico product range, using their own doughs, recipes and specific production settings.
Each test is carried out under controlled, professional conditions, allowing performance, results and reliability to be evaluated in a concrete and realistic way.
This space was created with the aim of offering professionals a dedicated environment where they can share ideas, experiment and find tailor-made solutions, with the support of our technical team.
